This Privacy Policy applies to the Desk Tray Eisenhower Matrix Chrome Extension ("the Extension"). We believe in data minimization and absolute user privacy.

The Extension does not collect, track, intercept, or transmit any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not log your behavior.

2. Data Storage

All data created within the Extension (including tasks, list arrangements, and visual theme preferences) is stored entirely offline directly on your local device using standard browser storage (localStorage).

• Your data never touches an external server.
• No developer or third party has access to your tasks.
• Uninstalling the Extension or clearing your browser's local data will permanently delete your tasks.

3. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not integrate with any external APIs, third-party analytics providers (like Google Analytics), or advertising networks.

4. Permissions Justification

The Extension requires the following Chrome permission to function:

• storage: Strictly utilized to save your tasks and layout state locally so your matrix persists when you close and reopen the extension.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we ever make changes to this privacy policy (for example, if we introduce an optional cloud-sync feature in the future), we will update this document and ensure it complies strictly with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies. Any future data-syncing features would be strictly opt-in.
